Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Forever Stoned offers returns, exchanges and refunds under limited circumstances. For instance, if an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 3 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Forever Stoned reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition.


RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND FEE

The cost of processing a return, exchange or refund is $75. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with exchanges, returns and refunds. Please note that for any refunds being processed, all shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. A NOTE ABOUT OUR POLICY 

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to look into our policy on refunds, returns and exchanges. Any returns, exchanges or refunds not due to item defects or order errors will incur a 50% restocking fee in addition to aforementioned fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with exchanges, returns and refunds. Please note that for any refunds being processed, in addition to restocking fees, all applicable shipping fees will also be deducted from the refund amount. Below we’ve outlined a few scenarios that might prompt interest in a return and offer recommendations on how to avoid doing so in the first place. 

Oh no, I ordered the wrong size! 

We have included the product sizes/dimensions on each product page to help you figure out if the item is a good fit for you. Please ensure to review this information before purchasing.

Oh no, I don’t like the colour of the piece I selected!

We recommend thinking ahead about how you would style this piece of jewelry and which colour best suits the way you envision wearing this piece. We do our best to portray the colours in our jewelry as accurately as possible to avoid any surprises when you open up your shipment. If you know what colour you want and like what you see online, we should be able to avoid this problem. 

Oh no, I just purchased this item and it just broke!

If your jewelry from us happens to break on you within 5 days of receipt, please e-mail us! While we believe all jewelry should be handled with care, our jewelry should not just fall apart on you. These pieces are delicate in appearance but are well made products that can withstand regular wear. Please note, however, that nylon cord is a major component of our jewelry. This natural fiber will wear down after extensive wear or if the care instructions are not followed. Our jewelry is not intended to withstand abuse and we will not take responsibility for jewelry damaged as a result of rough handling. 
 
Oh, I’m just not that into it!

Please consider your purchase carefully. We put a lot of effort into providing product details and images of our jewelry so that you can make an informed decision before placing your order. 


Please be mindful that we are a small business, a very small business that makes many of our products to order. We typically don’t make a product until someone orders it. So when you place an order, we’re making it specifically for you. Please do not place an order unless you are serious about it. Our time is limited and we handle nearly all aspects of our business ourselves. Therefore, in order to keep up with orders and to still set aside enough time needed to maintain our business, work on new collections and directions for our brand, we reserve the right to cancel orders that have not been paid for without reason.

We believe deeply in the quality of our products and know that our products are better in real life than they appear online. So if you’re reluctant to purchase something that you have yet to see in person, we think it’s safe to say that if you’re drawn to it online then you will not be disappointed when you received the product in the mail.
